Terms and Conditions
1Payment towards enrollment: Full payment of the enrollment fee is due at the time of registration.
2 Cancellation Policy for Online training or Online Content or Simulated Exams.
o Fees once paid will not be refunded.
o Extension of validity of online Content, Training or Simulated Exams will not be provided.
3Cancellation Policy of classroom training (if Training is cancelled by Effective Project Management Consultancy (EPMC)): We may cancel any particular class because of insufficient enrollment, instructor illness or force-majeure events(like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc.). We will make all reasonable efforts to reschedule a cancelled class and you may transfer the amount paid by you to a future class. However, you have the option to ask us for a full refund of your payment in case of Training cancellation is done by EPMC. In case you choose to attend the class in a different location to the one you were initially enrolled, the cost of travel/accommodation will be borne by the Student.
4Cancellation Policy if student cannot come to a Training conducted by EPMC Classroom Training:
o Fees once paid will not be refunded.
o Extension of validity of online Content, Training or Simulated Exams will not be provided.
5Training Rescheduling: A student may opt to reschedule a Training after initial enrollment. Then, a rescheduling fee is charged (provided there is availability in the future Training)as mentioned below:
o Rescheduling more than 12 days before the Training commencement date : Additional rescheduling fee of Rs.5000 will be charged. (this is the minimum rescheduling fee charged if any student reschedules)
o Rescheduling 5 days - 12 days before the Training commencement date : Additional rescheduling fee of Rs.6500 will be charged.
o Rescheduling within 5 days of the Training commencement date : Additional rescheduling fee of Rs.8500 will be charged.

Please note that the additional rescheduling charges should be paid to Effective Project Management Consultancy within 7 days of receipt for a Training rescheduling request.
6Proprietary use of EPMC study material: We will provide you study guides and other material, which are proprietary property of EPMC. Therefore, no part of any Training materials may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise, or translated into any language, without our prior written consent. Any such activity constitutes a violation of copyright laws. You also represent that you are participating in the EPMC PMP® training workshop solely to prepare for the PMP® exam and that you have no relationship with any person or company which provides training for the PMP exam.
o Information about your enrollment may be provided to co-workers in your company who may ask for reference about our Training.
o Non-Solicitation Policy: If you enroll in an EPMC Training and pass the PMP Exam, your name will be added to the success list of PMP students. You may also be featured in photos or videos of the EPMC classes showing how we teach. However, EPMC will not distribute your personal information to any third party marketing database or disclose the personal details to anyone EXCEPT on a case to case basis after proper verification of the person requesting for the information or in case of legal requirements. Your personal information could be used by us to inform you regarding other Trainings being provided by EPMC.
